TERI GOETTSCHE -Teri Goettsche brings added value to the Desco Fine Homes organization. She has been a licensed realtor for over 25 years and a real estate broker since 1988. Teri, who specializes in the North Dallas and Preston Hollow areas, started listing, selling homes and working with homebuyers for Desco Fine Homes 12 years ago. She has a real passion for working with people, understanding their needs, giving excellent customer service and making homebuyer's dreams a reality. Teri implements the latest home trends and designs into each of Desco's homes and is always looking for the most innovative materials such as granites, lighting and natural tiles. Once the construction of the home is underway, David and Teri introduce their customers to the Desco interior design team. Teri is always available to listen to their customers ideas, usher them through the construction process and can even help them sell their previous home if needed. Certifications that will be completed year-end are: Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
